sherwood really values the feeling of community and people really becoming a part of each others lives and a positive influence on each other. This interaction happens through the young adult home group, the occasional weekend camping trips for young adults, and a touch footy team that plays in the local competition. Sunday morning worship is traditional, while evening worship is more relaxed and contemporary. While the feel of the worship can be anywhere from very meditative to extremely energetic, the constant factor is that it relevant to young adults. This is because the worship involves young adults in all aspects of worship, including prayer, music and preaching.
