redcliffe believes the role of the church is to help people grow in their faith, develop their gifts, and find meaningful expressions of their faith, through the ways God has gifted them. While our 10am worship is more contemporary than the traditional 8am worship, it is the evening worship that proves most popular with teenagers and young adults, because of the relaxed atmosphere, relevant music, multimedia and the preaching on life topics as well as exploring scripture. There is a monthly 'echo' service, run entirely by young adults, which incorporates 'deep' worship and creativity - using stuff from secular culture that points towards God. Apart from 'echo' there is also a young adult home group and social gatherings for young adults.
