equipping leaders for today’s church
ENtine is a new project designed to train and equip young people for the task of christian leadership. This training incorporates the best wisdom of the established church, together with a new approach to leadership formation which engages the emerging global cultures and encourages leaders to work intentionally with them.
ENtine has a particular focus on preparing people for ministry with 18 to 35 year olds. There are ten training modules which explore theological and contextual issues, ministry practice and personal development. The modules are designed to form creative leaders who have a missional identity and strong ability to engage in critical reflection on the theology and practice of church.
